Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes We deliver across South Africa using The Courier Guy and Fastway/Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to more remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs We charge a flat rate shipping fee of R 149 on all orders. Orders over R 1,500 qualify for free shipping — automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy or Fastway/Aramex website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier will make a second attempt. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
